Breakfast was free and savoury, I loved almost everything.
My bed was extremely comfy and the room was newly renovated and good-sized with large windows. Had nice facilities like climate control and coffee.

It boasts beautiful, favourable location just next door to Close to Samson mall as well as other areas. Also, it's located 2 miles from Lake Louise Ski Resort.

The location was perfect for our sunrise trip to lake Louise. It is a 5 min drive.
Wifi was not stable, could be better. Setting up iPad was difficult.

The staff was fanastic, they went out of their way to accomodate our needs. Nice quiet location. We thought about going to Banff, but more to see near Lake Louise. Wonderful experience staying at the Mountaineer and will recommend it to friends and family.

The location proved perfect for exploring Moraine Lake, and our modern room offered a cozy fireplace. Minor noise from air conditioning disturbed our rest slightly, but the overall experience and service made it worthwhile.

Convenient base for 2 nights in Lake Louise, great hotel. Updated superior queen room with space to have a meal, armchairs and 2 queen beds. Courteous staff and altogether a great experience. Unbeatable location for Lake Louise, really close to shops and ski bus stop, Lake Louise and lakes and hiking trails.

The staff was really friendly, especially the German girl. The rooms are not too big and the railway next to the hotel is really going the whole night. So bring earplugs, then you are fine.
The price is still very high for this kind of hotel. No restaurant, no breakfast, with kids that is really not very family oriented.

It was just a perfect match for a date night in Lake Louise with great value. The beds are very comfortable and the room was clean and large. Try to grab a room that's not near the water pipes to avoid noise.

The front desk staff were exceptionally good and friendly! It is close to main shopping plaza. Hot tub was excellent after long days of hiking and sight seeing. Nice view of mountains right from room.
Mattress was too hard and had no pillow top padding.
